Refund policy

Retro- World Collection is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you or someone else ordering for you has ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Retro-World Collection offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 20 days of product delivery. Please follow these simple steps to facilitate a successful resolution for a Refund or Replacement.

You must to have a Customer Account in order to process a refund or replacement.  To create a customer account simply click the the Shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen or the person icon.

  • Also you can Contact us at: Retroworldcollection@yahoo.com your email needs to contain the following things. In the subject box please put Refund/Replacement. But you still need a customer account
  • Your Name, Your order Number, and date of Purchase
  • A couple of clear photos of the damaged product or manufacturing error on the product a short video would be better. it's up to you.
  • Please write a short memo, stating why you are dissatisfied.
  • We normally respond within one business day or less.


Please note that Retro-World -Collection will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color or or simply changed their mind. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement of the same product with an extra charge or a partial refund, depending on whether or not the USPS or other carrier deems that the package was successfully delivered.

Please keep in mind that these rules are the distributors rules and not the rules of Retro-World Collection who is ultimately bound by them. so all decision of refund or replacement are up to the distributors discretion. Thank you for understanding.
